Ways to volunteer
Management board
If you have a specific skill or general business expertise, we’d love to have you on our management board. Our management board meet every few months to talk about everything from our financial situation to our business plan, as well as discussing new ideas about how to take the organisation forward.
Mentoring
If you have a experience in mentoring, support work, 1-1 work, or think you would be a good role model for a young person we would like to hear from you. All volunteer mentors will be interviewed and DBS checked.
Open access session supervision
If you’re looking for flexible volunteer work in Felixstowe and are keen to help young people, you can join our team of ‘volunteers’ to assist at our open access youth sessions which are held at our ‘Youth Hub’ in Felixstowe town centre. All volunteers are DBS checked. The open access sessions are on Mondays to Fridays – and are divided into different age groups.
