Our Parent Support Group is moving to Mondays at 10am-11.30am at Level Two Youth Hub; the group will meet fortnightly, starting from Monday, 8th January 2018.
Karen has agreed to teach a monthly yoga session to the Parent Support Group on a Monday at 10am on the following dates: 22nd January, 19th February, 5th March and 23rd April.

The cost per yoga session will be £3, payable on the day, but a place must be booked with me in advance please. The session can accommodate up to 10 people so please spread the word.
Please note that group/yoga session is open to any parent!
